Librarians are in charge of assortment and management of library files and materials. They also aid people in looking for a broad variety of scholarly and public information from a wide range of resources. They also organize the staff and develop and command information programs and systems for the public. This is for all of the information to be organized so as to meet the user’s needs.
Probable librarians should have high computer literacy. They should be able to process word files and be able to handle database management and Internet research. It is also a plus to have strong organizational ability; this is to productively index and classify library resources.
