When applying for a job youre not qualified for, expect the unexpected. Some employers dont read resumes before interviewing and this widens your chance of being called, just be prepared to let your personality speak for you. Some may be looking up to fill other positions and theres a possibility that youre qualified for that.
If youre interviewed, you may be asked why you applied for a job that you arent qualified for. Be sure to answer it in a way that will benefit you. Say something like how youre always up for a challenge or go about how you think you are qualified in other ways.
