A copy of your performance evaluations could be used to support your bargaining for a higher salary, specially if the evaluation report is done by your manager.
Don’t negotiate for a salary until you have knowledge of what your job entail, the specific job description and duties assigned to you.
Be open about your current and past salary, and don’t expect too much.
If you feel that what’s on offer does not meet your qualification and experience, open yourself to negotiation. If you don’t succeed in getting the salary you’re bargaining for, try to discuss other options for obtaining other benefits.
